These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 31bd ("31bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://31bd.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

31bd employs automated and manual systems to detect underage usage. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal compliance procedures.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 31bd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and such other details as requested on the registration form. Deposits: 31bd accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. 31bd does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests to mobile wallet services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 60 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days. 31bd reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal conditions: Prior to processing any withdrawal, 31bd may require:

• Completion of KYC identity verification;
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• Confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit source;
• Satisfactory completion of any fraud, anti-money laundering, or responsible gaming checks.

31bd reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. All bets placed on the 31bd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, market, or casino game. These product-level rules are made available within each relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Sportsbook: Bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports are governed by the applicable sports betting rules. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the user. Settlement of bets will occur in accordance with official results as reported by the relevant sporting authority. 31bd reserves the right to void bets where events are abandoned, postponed, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

Live Casino: Games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified suppliers are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Results produced by live dealers and certified random-number generators are final. 31bd does not have the ability to alter the outcome of live or RNG casino games.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot and RNG game results are generated by certified software. Upon account closure for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
